Find the right dance level for you

Our young children-teens classes are organized by division. We recommend a certain division based on age but dance styles can also be chosen by experience and interest. Beginning in Level 2, Boulder Ballet also offers multiple program pathways so a dancer can choose to train in a more relaxed or rigorous schedule.

If you are brand new to Boulder Ballet, please contact beth@boulderballet.org to schedule your trial class or find out which division is best for you.

Foundation Classes are for students who are new to dance or would like to explore new styles of dance at any age.

Our leveled classes are for students who are interested in a longer pursuit of dance. Students can grow within our program from intermediate classes through a pre-prefessional track.

New students must contact beth@boulderballet.org to be placed in the correct level and try a class. Returning students are assessed at the end of each year to determine which level to register for the following year.
