JUNIOR DIVISION REGISTRATION 2025/26
Welcome to Boulder Ballet! We would like to welcome you to our 2025/26 year of dance.
Our Junior and Senior Division dancers register for the full school year in order to stay in alignment with our approach to dance education and our school's curriculum. You will be able to view your schedule, register for classes, and see more info about productions below!
School Year
The first day of our school year is August 18, 2025 and we finish out the year with our Spring Showcase performance May 19 - 23, 2026.
Requirements
Below are requirements for our BBS The Nutcracker production. Auditions are on August 24, 2025 and dancers must be registered for classes at BBS before that date. (No auditions for our Storybook Ballet, just sign up!)
Level 3A/B is required to take a minimum of 3 dance classes per week. (2 ballet and one other)
Level 3 is required to take a minimum of 2 classes per week. (at least 1 ballet)
Level 2A/2B is required to take a minimum of 2 dance classes per week. (at least one ballet)
9-Year-olds are required to take a minimum of 1 ballet class per week.

To register, please log into your Studio Pro Parent Portal.
If you are new to Boulder Ballet and do not have an account, please create one.
Make sure you add your dancer’s name as a student and that you fill out all medical and emergency contact information.
After these steps, choose your classes that you are registering for and make sure you sign up for auto pay by adding your credit card or bank account.
The non-refundable registration fee ($45 first child; $30 each additional sibling) will get charged at the time of enrollment, but your first payment will not be charged until August 1st.

Boulder Ballet's The Nutcracker
November 24-30 - Theater week/performances at Macky Auditorium Concert Hall in Boulder
*Thanksgiving Day Off
December 3-7 - Theater week/performances at Vance Brand Auditorium
Dancers 9+ open to audition on August 24. Must be registered with BBS before this date. Please see requirements HERE.
Storybook Ballet
April 14-19, 2026 at The Dairy Arts Center - The Gordon Gamm Theatre
An annual production inspired by Storybook short stories and themes by Boulder Ballet choreographers. No audition required; interested dancers age 9+ must be currently registered and consistently attending BBS classes.
Registration opens at our annual BBS Fundraiser September 28, 2025!
End of the year - Spring Showcase Performance
May 19 - 23, 2026 at The Dairy Arts Center - The Gordon Gamm Theatre
Classes participating will be announced in January.

Refunds
Grace Period: If a student discontinues before the third class in either semester, a prorated refund will be given. If BBS is not notified in writing prior to the third class, billing will continue and families are responsible for paying tuition through the end of each semester. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Changes and Withdraws
If you would like to request a change in your schedule or withdraw from BBS, please fill out THIS FORM regarding our 30 - Day Notice Policy that serves as your written notice.
*Boulder Ballet reserves the right to withdraw any student who has not adhered to school policies on our Family Resource Site. In such cases, the student is still responsible for all tuition and fees due.
