    Boulder Ballet, Studio 2
    2590 Walnut Street, Suite 10,
    Boulder, CO 80302

    Instructor: Leah Woods

We’ve been told that mobility is something you're born with, that stretching should be passive, or that joint sounds mean something is wrong. This class invites you to question those assumptions through an active and collaborative approach to mobility training.

Using tools from Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), progressive loaded stretching, and joint mobilizations, we will explore how mobility is more than just flexibility. It is strength, control, and clear communication across the whole system. You will have the chance to work with a partner during parts of class to create feedback, support, and shared exploration.

This class is designed for dancers, athletes, and curious movers who want to better understand their body, increase usable range of motion, and improve long-term joint health. Expect a mix of focused effort, playful learning, and practical strategies you can take with you.
