Dancers are encouraged to wear non-restrictive clothes they feel comfortable moving in that allow the instructor to see alignment and form for safety. Fitted clothes, including dance or workout clothing, are most suitable. Ballet shoes are recommended, but not required. Instead of ballet shoes, please dance in bare feet (no socks, please).
