Our three professional dance spaces offer flexible hourly rentals for dance companies, choreographers, fitness instructors, and performing arts groups. Choose from Studio 1 (1,970 sq.ft.), Studio 2 (1,560 sq.ft.), or Studio 3 (1,075 sq.ft.) – all featuring professional dance floors, mirrors, and ballet barres. MOVEMENT STUDIOS: DANCE, THEATER, YOGA, PILATES

Two professional movement studios are available for classes, rehearsals, workshops, and private events. Rates follow a non-profit / for-profit structure, consistent with comparable Boulder County studio spaces (e.g., the Dairy Arts Center / Boulder Ballet). Non-profit rates require proof of active 501(c)(3) status for organizations.

Two private treatment rooms are available for licensed massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other wellness practitioners. Rooms are furnished with a treatment table and basic amenities; practitioners provide their own tools, linens, and supplies unless otherwise arranged.
