Sydney is originally from Newport News, Virginia, where she grew up training while spending many summers at Carolina Ballet's summer program. Prior to high school, she joined Ballet Virginia as a professional company member, where she performed many principal and soloist roles before moving to Cincinnati to join Cincinnati Ballet's Trainee Program. While in Cincinnati, she had the opportunity to perform in many mainstage productions with the company including Victoria Morgan's The Nutcracker, George Balanchine's Serenade,

Swan Lake, and toured with the company to Washington, D.C., to perform at the Kennedy Center. She is thrilled to be joining Boulder Ballet for the 2026/27 season!
