Erin Blair

Erin Blair grew up in Southern California where she trained at the Maple Conservatory of Dance. She competed in The L.A. Music Center Spotlight awards finishing as a Semi-Finalist in both Classical and Non-Classical Dance. She also participated in YoungArts where she was awarded Honorable Mention in Non-Classical Dance. After graduating high school, she joined Cincinnati Ballet’s Professional Training Division before she was promoted to Cincinnati Ballet’s Second Company. She performed alongside CB’s main company in works such as Septime Webre’s Wizard of Oz and ALICE (In Wonderland), Victoria Morgan’s The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and King Arthur’s Camelot, and David Morse’s Our Story. In addition, she performed in CB’s Family Series as the title roles in Pam Robinson’s Snow White and Beauty & the Beast. In 2023, she joined Dayton Ballet as a company member where she spent three seasons. While in Dayton she had the opportunity to perform works by Andrea Schermoly, Adam Hougland, Brandon Ragland, Septime Webre, and George Balanchine. She also performed the title roles in The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, and Cinderella. She is excited to be joining Boulder Ballet for the 2026/27 season and looking forward to working with the company artists and choreographers in Boulder this season.
