MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

where athleticism meets rhythm

At Boulder Ballet, we know that connection and movement are integral to physical, mental, and communal wellness. Boulder Ballet’s K-8 community dance programming inspires students of all abilities to become embodied collaborators, creative problem solvers, and authentic communicators.

The importance of the arts in education is well researched and documented. Boulder Ballet seeks to bridge the gap in arts education by partnering with local schools to provide high quality, engaging dance programming to enrich and enhance youth engagement and learning. Programming is available via three programs: 3-5 day Residencies, Stage Step Assembly, and Backstage Assembly. We collaborate with school staff to bring the art of movement into schools in a way that meets the needs of each school and its students.
